Well, as the JerseyCal contest is still on hold for the time being, I thought I'd have a contest that will be of some major benefit to the site.
The premise is to essentially find those players who truly ought to be amongst those in the database - but aren't as of yet. For this first round of the contest I am limiting things to hockey and specifically the NHL.
All you have to do is submit your choices via this thread. The winner (ie the person who comes up with the most deserved player missing) will receive the customary personal jersey in the database, something added to their forum profile and obviously whoever their suggestion was added to the database. As well as the complete roster for the team and year of their choice added - also NHL for the moment.
I'll also add other suggestions that come in through the course of the contest. Feel free to enter as often as you like, and back up your entries where applicable.
